Delete Your Account

You only have an account if you signed in with Apple or Google, for cloud sync. You can delete it, and everything saved to it in the cloud, at any time.

Option 1: Delete from the App

1. Open Furigana Reader
2. Tap the Settings tab
3. In Account, tap Delete account
4. Choose whether to also erase the words, folders and scans on this phone
5. Sign in with Apple or Google once more to confirm

Your account and its cloud data are deleted for good. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot use the app, email us at:

availablecompanylimited@gmail.com

Tell us whether you signed in with Apple or Google, and the email address of that account. We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account: the link between Furigana Reader and your Apple or Google sign-in
• Your cloud library: the words, folders, scans and boards synced to the cloud
• Subscription records: the records that link your account to a subscription
• This phone's library, if you choose: the words, folders and scans on the phone you delete from

What Is Not Deleted

• Your subscription: deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your App Store account settings, before or after you delete your account.
• Data on your other devices: words and scans already on another phone stay there until you delete them or uninstall the app.
• Anonymous analytics: usage data that is not linked to your identity.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent. Your cloud data cannot be brought back.
• You can keep using the app without an account; your library then stays on your phone only.
