These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Furigana Reader mobile application ("App") operated by Available Company Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Furigana Reader is a mobile application that uses camera-based OCR to scan Japanese text and display furigana readings, romaji pronunciation, and English translations. The App also includes vocabulary saving, SRS flashcard review, and study mode features.

2. Subscription Plans

The App offers the following plans:

AI Explain sends a scan's photo to Google's Gemini for a translation, meanings in context and grammar notes. It is not available in the European Economic Area, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. Plus subscribers who first subscribed before version 2.0 get 50 AI Explains per day. Daily limits reset at midnight on your device; we may adjust them, and the App's plans screen shows the current ones.

3. In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is the intellectual property of Available Company Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Content you create (saved vocabulary, scan history) remains your property. You grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the App's functionality.

6. OCR and Translation Accuracy

The App uses AI-powered OCR and translation technology. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that text recognition, furigana readings, romaji, or translations will be error-free. The App is intended as a learning aid and should not be relied upon as the sole source for critical translations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Available Company Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings or by contacting us. See our Account Deletion page for details.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Thailand.
